  • How much does it cost per team to register for Spring Season?

    • 6U is free
    • 8u costs $85 per team
    • All other ages are dependent if your organization can prove you have insurance with USA Softball thru RPS Bollinger.  
    • If insured with USA Softball, the cost is $85 per team.  
    • If not insured with USA Softballl, the we pass along the cost of what we have to pay USA Softball thus the cost is $115 per team

  • How much does it cost per team to register for Fall Season?

    • 6U is free
    • All other ages pay just $25 per team

  • How much are umpires?

    Umpires are used for 10u slow thru 18u slow and 10u fast thru 15u fast.  Umps are paid cash at the game:

    • Slow Pitch - $50 all ages groups
    • Fast Pitch - $60 all ages
    • 8u (upon request if umps are available) - $50

  • How do I know my umpire chief?

  • What is the price of chief umpire scheduling fees?

    There is a $6 umpire scheduling fee per game for the home team where the total season fee will be invoiced to the home organization during the season unless you have a different arrangement with your umpire chief. Home games scheduled for an umpire by Joe Bolton, Sam Puglisi, and John D'Angelo will be charged the $6 per home game feeFor questions regarding umpires, please contact Joe Bolton (724-561-2772) via text or phone.

  • What are ump fees for cancelled games with ump on way or at the field and what about cancel once game starts?

    If a game is cancelled and the ump is en-route or at the field, the umpire should be paid a travel fee of half price. 


    If a game is started and stopped for any reason, such as weather, the umpire will be paid full price regardless if a game was completed.

  • Instructions for Rainouts and Cancelling/Rescheduling Games?

    Cancelling and or rescheduling games instructions:


    • 1st text/call must to the umpire association as soon as possible to cancel the ump

    Reschedule games by working with the opponent and your orgs field scheduler to find an agreeable reschedule date.  


    Contact your umpire org listed above and text the CVC for website update 724-561-2772.


    You must reschedule a game within 72 hours to a future date.  

  • How are points calculated in Spring?

    • 3 points for a win or forfeit win
    • 2 points for a tie
    • 1 point for a loss
    • -1 points for a forfeit loss

  • What are the rules for tiebreakers for standings?

    If teams are tied in points, the tiebreakers are:


    Two team tiebreaker if the points are equal at the end of the season is as follows:

    • Head-to-head record
    • Runs against per game (excluding forfeit games and non-played games from calculation)
    • Coin Flip

    Three or more team tiebreaker if the points are equal at the end of the season is as follows:

    • Runs against per game (excluding forfeit games and non-played games from calculation)
    • Coin Flip

  • Where are Spring rosters stored?

    Spring Rosters are posted in www.Dropbox.com and all managers are sent an invitation to join to view them
