CVC Fall 2026 Meeting 8/9 1pm

A fall softball season meeting is scheduled for Sunday August 9th 1pm at Bridgeville Borough Building at 425 Bower Hill Rd, Bridgeville, PA 15017.  Teams for fall ball must complete the declaration form and provide the managers contact info, days/times of the week for home games and field by the meeting.  We will have divisions at 6u tball, 8u coach pitch, 10u slow, 12u slow, maybe 15u slow , 10u fast, 12u fast, and 15u fast. Indicate if you have lights at your field so we can try to schedule teams at fields with lights as the it starts getting dark earlier later in the season. We do not need rosters filled out. There is a $25 cost for fall ball, except 6u which is being offered free. If you cannot pay at the meeting send checks payable to CVC to Shane Franchick, 1414 Critchfield Dr, Bridgeville, PA 15017. Games will start 9/1 go thru end of Oct. You can start Emailing your declaration form anytime to CVCLEAGUE@HOTMAIL.COM, or complete the online form, or print and bring the form to meeting with the top of the form completed to declare a team.

• Schedules will be created and uploaded on the new site and emailed to the teams? At Latest a week before the season.
• Reminder that players ideally should play in the age group they are moving to in 2027 based on their new age calculation from USA Softball. Age is as of 8/31/26, but is not mandatory if a player benefits from another season at their Spring age group for fall only. Roster rules do not apply for the fall season.
• You can declare in the Online Fall Declaration Form below or complete the Fall Declaration Form under Documents and bring to the meeting or email to cvcleague@hotmail.com
